If you don't have enough training rooms or need to hire meeting rooms at late notice, Thinking Space is the ideal private meeting place. It's convenient for when you don't want the cost and hassle associated with a conference venue. Unlike hotels and conference centres you can have completely confidential meeting space and be
self-sufficient, or choose a higher service level to support your meeting.

Thinking Space is available for exclusive-use hire by the day for up to 20 people. The meeting space is made up of two separate studios: a giant whiteboard room and a contemporary studio.

Exclusive use of Thinking Space is charged on a simple, flat day rate. For a group of 20 people, the cost equates to just £27.50 per head. This cost includes:

Arrival refreshments
Fresh fruit and pastries
Set-down service
Phone assistance
Self-service of hot and cold drinks
Stationery pack
Hi-spec Sony AV and Blu-Ray player
Free WIFI

If your meeting needs a little extra impact you can also try our facilitated meeting room hire package. Optional extras include:

Hosted package – including mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments and lunchtime reset

Our aim is to make your meeting productive by providing everything you might need; we offer delicious on-site catering to suit all tastes or can recommend the best local pubs. We can also organise accommodation for all attendees and have a list of recommended hotels to suit all budgets.
